Georg Ranch is a mandatory POA and one of the most important things for the community and association
is to assure the community looks its best and that all property owners follow the covenants and conditions of Georg Ranch.
An important factor of the CCR's is the Architect Review Committee, ARC, which must review all improvements and new construction
within Georg Ranch. Please submit plans 30 days prior to the commencement of the project. Be aware that any projects
started or completed with out the approval of the ARC may be subject to be removed at your expense and converted back
