Committees & Events

Georg Ranch is a beautiful large neighborhood full of great people. As we continue to build out, we want to have more volunteers and events that will bring us together and provide a sense of community. We do have a few committees at this time. Committees are established by the Board of Directors. If you are interested in volunteering for a current committee or interested in establishing a new committee, you can contact the Committee Head, listed below, DAMC at damctx@aol.com or a Board Member.

ARC - Architectural Review Committee

The ARC is the organization that controls all improvements (including new construction) to Georg Ranch. This committee is still under the control of the Developer. There are homeowners on this committee as well. If you have a question, please e-mail damctx@aol.com

Newsletter Committee

This committee is headed up by Kerry Ledford. If you have a question regarding the newsletter or having an item put into the newsletter, you can e-mail Kerry at: kledford@satx.rr.com

Social Committee

The Social Committee is currently vacant. If you are interested in being a part of the Social Committee, please contact damctx@aol.com.

Upcoming Events

Nov 10 2009 Update:

The first Georg Ranch Christmas Social is scheduled for December 19 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.at the amenity center pavilion. There will be candy provided for the children and A cookie exchange for the grown ups. Everyone participating in the cookie exchange is asked to bring three dozen of their favorite holiday cookies. You can bring three dozen of one cookie or bring more than one type of cookie as long as they total up to three dozen cookies. Hot chocolate will be provided for all to enjoy that day.

We do not have a Santa for that day at this time. We are exploring different sources at this time. Please let me know at 651-1197 0r 860-4858 if you should have a source for a Santa. We will be bagging the candy gifts for the children at my home at 8891 Schoenthal Road on December 15 at 7:00 P.M. if anyone would like to assist the committee.
