Pet Sitting - My son, Michael Kirchofer, age 13, will pet sit for individuals in Georg Ranch subdivision. He
will go to their home, feed, water, brush and play with them. He charges $5.00 per day. If anyone is interested they can contact
him at our home number: 210/462-7103. To be clear, he will not bring the animals home. He will feed and water them in their
own yards.
Committees
Georg Ranch is a beautiful large neighborhood full of great people. As we continue to build out, we want to have more
volunteers and events that will bring us together and provide a sense of community. We do have a few committees at this time.
Committees are established by the Board of Directors. If you are interested in volunteering for a current committee or interested
in establishing a new committee, you can contact the Committee Head, listed below, DAMC at
damctx@aol.com or a Board Member.
ARC - Architectural Review Committee
The ARC is the organization that controls all improvements
(including new construction) to Georg Ranch. This committee is still under the control of the Developer. There are homeowners
on this committee as well. If you have a question, please e-mail damctx@aol.com
Newsletter Committee
This committee is headed up by Kerry Ledford. If you have a question regarding
the newsletter or having an item put into the newsletter, you can e-mail Kerry at: kledford@satx.rr.com
Social Committee
The Social Committee is currently vacant. If you are interested in being a
part of the Social Committee, please contact damctx@aol.com.
Amenity Center
Linda Valdez is the head of the Amenity Center Committee. If you would like
to participate please e-mail DAMCTX@aol.com with your request.
