ARC - Construction & Improvements
The ARC or Architectural Review Committee is the governing body that reviews all new construction and all exterior improvements
to each lot in Georg Ranch. This committee is currently under Developer control and assisted by residents of Georg Ranch.
This committee, the ARC, is separate from the City of Garden Ridge and you will also need to contact Garden Ridge - 210-651-6831
for permits. Please allow 30 days for all improvements.
We have included the design guidelines of the ARC below for your review. Please understand that property locations,
designs, colors, etc., have a bearing on the ARC's approval / denial process. Do not review the information within
the governing documents and design guidelines and assume your project is approved based on your interpretation. It is
the responsibility of the ARC to review this information as a committee and follow the process outlined in the Declaration.
