Welcome to the Property Owners Association for Georg Ranch, Inc. Website. The POA for Georg Ranch is the non profit Corporation that governs the neighborhood Georg Ranch.
As a reminder, the website is offered as a value added service of information. All Homeowners are Members of Georg Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc., a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose primary purpose is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect Homeowner Assessments and disburse monies for the payment of the Association operating expenses with respect to the residential properties known as the Georg Ranch HOA. Homeowners and Tenants are subject to and legally bound by the Association's Declarations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. These documents are available, for review, under the Governing Documents tab. As a reminder, even though you live in a gated community with private roads, the Georg Ranch Board of Directors signed a resolution and the City of Garden Ridge did as well that allows the Garden Ridge Police Department to give moving violation tickets to anyone in the community. This means speeding, running stop signs, etc., can be given a ticket. In addition, minors cannot drive a vehicle on the private roads. This includes golf carts and other like vehicles.
